In 2016, two of the biggest credit unions in Australia, CUA and People’s Choice CU, identified the need to maximise efficiencies and entitlements by creating a specialist procurement service body. The result – Mutual Marketplace, the authority in procurement for the Australian credit union industry.
Created by the industry, for the industry, our mandate is to optimise procurement opportunities, apply best practice and deliver savings for the benefit of all members. We enable credit unions to grow and thrive in an increasingly complex, competitive and diverse marketplace. And like you, we put our members first.

Patrick Barron
Head of Procurement
Patrick brings more than 10 years’ experience and is well versed in strategic sourcing and category management focused on driving results for the client and committed to developing proactive stakeholder engagement and collaboration. Born & raised in Canada, Patrick is particularly passionate about the Aussie weather and beaches, and loves live music, travel, a good South Australian red and spending time with his family.
Rachael Volavola
Contracts Administrator
Mutual experience with over 13 years of hands-on experience within CUA operations, bringing a wealth of operational knowledge and experience to the team. Rachael strives to educate and inform on the rich Fijian culture.
Reaylene Woolley
Finance Manager (CPA)
Manages the finance function and has more than 15 years experience in leading ASX listed Finance teams. Enjoys dealing with the challenges of growth companies. Reaylene loves travelling and is always planning her next trip.
Sue Sheridan
With more than 25 years experience across AP, AR, Payroll and Administration, Sue brings a lot of knowledge to the team. Sue is our trivia buff and has represented SA twice in National competitions.
Jessica Ward
Finance & Customer Support Officer
Jess brings over 5 years experience in the Finance industry to the team. She enjoys travelling and is a beach enthusiast.
Natasha Bond
Finance & Customer Support Officer
Over 15 years' experience in AP and brings a lot of knowledge about all things AP to Mutual Marketplace. Tash loves Netflix and Stan and is our go-to person for all new shows.

Dana has over 10 years of experience in both financial and management accounting across several industries. She enjoys travelling, baking and trying new restaurants.
