Head of Procurement

Kirsty is a highly experienced procurement and supply chain professional having worked in the Financial Services, Construction, Transport & Logistics and Travel sectors. With an MBA and MCIPS qualifications Kirsty also has experience in leading day-to-day operational procurement teams, delivering strategic change during periods of organisational growth and transformation. She instils effective governance frameworks and risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and promote excellence.

When not dedicated to all things procurement Kirsty enjoys baking, pottering in the garden and is an active supporter of the Sydney Swans (AFL) or which ever international sport is in season.

Head of Finance

Manages the finance function and has more than 15 years experience in leading ASX listed Finance teams. Enjoys dealing with the challenges of growth companies. Reaylene loves travelling and is always planning her next trip.

General Counsel

Angela has over 20 years’ experience as general counsel and company secretary, with a diverse history of working across financial services, not for profit and higher education sectors. Angela has a Masters of Applied Law in Inhouse Practice and is both pragmatic and commercially minded. She loves reviewing and drafting contracts, and also loves a good laugh, keeping fit, wearing bright clothes, competitive crosswords and baking tasty treats. Angela is based in Wollongong and visits our Adelaide and Brisbane offices regularly.
